London Calling.

Reception was not quite as good as last week today, but I'm not complaining!
Pretty good anyway, with plenty of stations taking to the air.

Laser are coming through better than ever here in London.4025 is a good steady signal, fair at worst, sometimes strong and occasionally very strong.6210 is very variable here, sometimes quite strong and at other times inaudible.Maybe it is better on the continent.
I think they are doing some live shows but whenever I have heard them they are playing old programmes from last month.

Good to hear Star International back, but their signals were not as good as previous broadcasts here,5810 was fair and 6400 started off fair but got stronger later.I enjoyed Matt Roberts show.

The 76m band is working well at night with strong signals from Skyline,LHH,Alice & Bogusman.

Bogusman was talking about his webstream. Can anyone post a link to it?

Orion had his strongest signal ever with me.Probably something to do with the "Low Power" he said he was running............:-)

Scotland said he'd put his webcam up on his mast but I didn't have time to take a look :-(

The French station on 6525 was named as Radio Face de Blatte by other loggers but I heard an ID of Radio RNE(Or maybe that was the French pronounciation of RNI)And an e-mail address of;
Radio RNE(Or RNI)@gmail.com.
Can anyone explain?

Good to hear stations having a go in the late afternoon.Today I had good reception of Central,Malaisy,Titanic & Borderhunter.

Following on from Borderhunter's comments last week about UK Pirates needing to "Fire up the TX's",I heard Titanic saying he had heard several UK stations. But how many of the stations with British presenters are really "UK Stations"?
The only truly British stations heard this weekend were Bogusman and Central.
As for Laser,Atlantic,Star & Geronimo,I suggest that they are a little bit more international.........
In fact we really only have a small number of truly British Pirates still operating.

But conditions seem to be improving,so I think we can look forward to some good months ahead.

Best signals here were from Orion,Salandse Boer & Borderhunter.
Also very good signals from Skyline,Laser,Alice,Mystery,Scotland,Paadenkracht,Baken 16,TRX & Star.
