Tiny signal here in the Netherlands

, just above the noise, but free, no other signals on top of your signal.
Maybe on disdance the is signal better.

I can receive Underground at 19H31 UTC with a sinpo 32232.
I got VOTN on 3905 kHz, sinpo 32222.

Very bad conditions today. I did not hear any pirate during all the day.

I receive your signal in NorthEast France of 3940 Khz S4 to S8 SINFO 33433 to moment 22422 but atmospheric QRN and Fading.
