Peaking at S9+20 here but still some interference from adjacent stuff, UTE, SSB, etc.

Listening to 1635 now, it sounds like it could be Greek or eastern European, the music fits!(What do I know!!)
S7 to S9+, anyone know?
Also Dutch station on 1690, much weaker, (maybe QRP!) S3 t0 S5, low mod.

Personally, I don't think I should retract anything I have said.
WMR Scotland have used this frequency week in week out, no anoucement needed, Also it's hardly QRP!
For those that don't know the international definition of QRP is 5 watts!!!!
so anything over could be deemed as QRO!

That is a typically stupid Dutch comment. as like everyone transmits with more than 1 KW, any less then its QRP. It really is time that some of the Dutch broadcasters realise that they are in a unique position. Most of Europe dare only transmit a handful of watts, NL on the other hand has been lucky...
