I'm hearing English-accented talk with occasional music on 6920 at 1510UTC, but too much local noise to make much out (there was a mention of jazz about ten minutes ago!) -- maybe SINPO 24221...

Off air before 1520, I think. I'm in a noisy location with an indoor antenna, so I'm sure other people will hear you better...
