Hello!

Some Dutch (?) station has been received on 1632 kHz on 16.03.2013 at 23.25 UTC:

Hi dear Alexandr,

I´m not 100% sure, but it sounded as it would have been "Radio Barcelona Twenthe".
1632kcs is a bit untypical QRG for him, mostly he is using 1633 or 1634kcs.
