King Shortwave maybe
"uk dxer" logged them at 09.45 on 6216. (Just a guess though) Maybe you can match that with what you heard.

Thanks for the reply. I was wondering if it was King Shortwave from ukdxr's log too; I zero beated the signal to 6215, but maybe they could have drifted up to 6216 by 09:45z?

It could have been King Shortwave. The exact frequency I heard him on was 6215.8kHz.

Another station it could have been was Radio Merlin Int from the UK which has been using 6215 recently. I didn't hear RMI but the propagation has been so up and down that doesn't they weren't on earlier this morning.

6215khz merlin was on until about 10.am then gave up returned on 6300 at 12.00 until 12.30 then gave up
