December logs from Newfoundland

Post by newfoundland dxer »

Hi everyone:

Sorry for the late posting. I was extremely busy prior to Christmas, and did not have any time to review and post my logs. The few nights that I could listen, I kept very poor, incomplete logs, so it has taken me the past few days to review audio files and bring them up to date.

I also had an antenna connection problem that caused poor signals on many nights. I found and fixed that on Monday, so signals are again at normal levels.

Thanks to all the ops for the great shows. As always, I enjoyed hearing you.

No kidding!

The weekend on 80M sees the ratings go from "PG" to "NC-17" pretty quick!

Cheers!

Thanks for the comments guys.

Federer: I use a Japan Radio Co NRD-525 receiver. My antenna is a 75 m long wire located in a wooded area behind my house, connected to my radio by 30 m of coax that has the sheild grounded at each end.
