Logs from Newfoundland, Oct. 21-24

Post by newfoundland dxer »

Hi everyone:

It was another great weekend on the pirate bands. Lots of stations and lots of great music.

Conditions were strange. 48 m usually fades in a couple hours before local sunset. Sometimes it is one hour. Saturday night, however, 48 m did not fade in until after sunset. Mediumwave and 76m faded in before 48m, which I have never seen before.

Thanks to all the ops for the great shows.
