Time to put a lock on the front door

Isn't it time to lock the door for Pepotamo1985 and the other misusers. Please Alfred trow them out and never let them in again. This has nothing to do with radio and pirates. We also have the same problem on the SRS board. I hope you find a solution to this problem.

Yes,, only pity is that we cant block them for now. They submit from IP numbers worldwide, and that have some automatic topic posting tool as lots of phpbb forums have the same problem. we have two of them, someone/thing from RU and this one that we deleted just a few minutes ago. I wil look for a tool that stops auto submision as you have to enter a number that is shown in an image, otherwisse you cant submit,. I saw this once in a phpbb board. Will try to mdyfy this forum script..

Hope you find a solution soon, since the past days i receive lots of junk on my other e-mail adress. A few viruses but nothing that the AW program can't handle, i had to lock a few domain names from outlook allready. Constantly sending junk mail, but the problem is when one domain is locked out they start to send from a new domain, so it repeats all the time. I can inshure you its very borin recieve same e-mail over and over again. But the last 12 hours has been quiet, maybe they finnaly gave up.

Yes, How older an email address is the higher the change that you will be added on email list stuff /spamm, i have my alfalima.net domain flouded with spam,,300 to 400 emails eatch day,, if your email is on the internet, you wil receive soon or later spamm. also lot of people send emails to lots of people and put all the email adresses in to or cc, best is to put them in bcc as that the emails are not visible to others

@alfred: I run a phpBB as well, there is a mod to prevent this spamming.

before you post, you have to enter some letters, that are shown on a small image. Thats all.

Hey, i was looking for that one, cant find it so i was thinkin of upgrading the whole lot to the 2.0.13, it has a similar thing but that if you want to be a member, i want it aswell with when you post, only pity thing is i cant keep this template and i like it so much, darn, if you could tell me where i can get this adon, maybe i do both, the new board and the ad on...
