Unid on 6290 (approx!) with female announcer was probably ANTONIO Radio on 6292.4,
IDed here on saturday at 14.21 (also heard on Sunday but Unid here).

I like times in 24h format. More precisely, 00:00 to 23:59. I don't like the 12 hour format with AM and PM. (Particularly something like 12:59 AM !! )

To get better frequency readings : use ECSS, that is tuning AM signals as if they were SSB (lower or upper) then set the fine tune until the whistle become low pitched, and lower (inaudible, but with a beating).
