Hi "achim" ...

A question for you or any body else on line. You've noted this b'cast as being "Communard" :?: Could the station actually be "Promenade".

Today (sunday 31st July around 17.50 utc) I have just been listening to an EE station on 6306.70 kHz (sio:233) which I thought the announcer said Radio Promenade and was calling for any report from other stations accross Europe. I belive that this station is ex Valley Wave ... :?

Can anybody enlighten me please ?

Thanks and 73's ... Robin

6307 ??

Hi Robin,
I think it is the ex Valley Wave station. Promenade might be the right name. As I am not so familiar with the english accents I had no other clue and looked what else was reported..
Any hints would be very much appreciated. Small audio file of my reception is available via http://www.achimbrueckner.de/freeradio/6307.mp3 direct link.

Greetings achim

Hi again achim,

Having just listened to your audio file repeatedly for 5 minutes :? :-k I'm now fairly convinced that it is Promenade (although the 1st time he said the ID, I must admit that it did sound a bit like Communard) ... I'll log it as tentative for now untill we find out for sure.

Thanks for sharing your audio file with us.

Cheers :pirate-great:

Robin
