Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

WNKR on 1476 kHz all day today.
I can hear the signal some 80 miles away from site.
With the loop antenna I can also hear a Dutch station on same frequency but who?

Hello Dave,

I heard this afternoon in North-East France WNKR at 14H28 UTC over 1476 Khz weak signal but I understood well identification. I hope Dave who you will indeed want to confirm me this reception for me very difficult, it is the first time that I hear WNKR on this frequency. I send you later an audio.
I allow to remind you that you did not always confirm me by QSL one you your broadcast on Shortwave In spite of several report I think that it is a neglect.

Then, on this frequency 1476 there is Radio Bavaria of Holland, I already heard him several times.
