UNID on 1645 - 21st Jan 07

Hi folks,
yesterday night (Sun 21st Jan 07) on 1645 I heard, at 21.35 GMT, a station just above qrm (I was using my Degen with the internal ferrite rod). "Born To Be Wild" from Steppenwolf was broadcasted, soon followed by Rolling Stones' "Miss You". A dj, especially on the Stones, could be heard, but it wasn't readable.
Any help on identifying this station?
