Barones on 1645kHz

Post by undigest »

R. Barones pushing S9+20, SINPO 44444, on 1645kHz right now in Glasgow. Greeting DJ Dipol at 1940, playing a Dutch version of "Yes, We Have No Bananas" and greeting Jari in Finland at 2004. He's using a canned ID of somebody with a London accent (I think) saying "Barones 1645" !

Best to all,

Peter

Yes I heard that as well, I was listening on a portable with built in ferrite rod ant.
The canned ID was of a midlands accent, It was the op of the 90's station Wizards Magic spell, I know the person well.

Anyway very good signal and audio, when I was listening about 20:30 UTC.

Dave.
