Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

Thanks to Wim for a full data, colour QSL card for a broadcast on 1648 kHz along with a personal letter, three stickers and a station card.

Wim writes in his letter that Radio Utopia uses a TX "of about 1 Kw, antenna is a long wire 40 metres long, the top is 21 metres".

A nice addition to the collection!
