Thanks achim! I feel it's time to spend some money at this end... perhaps buy some nice old military gear to replaced the old BCB valve set... Anyway, I can put saturnus down as 'probable' now. Cheers! Rob of IBR Edit: all online audio that I have uploaded so far is here: http://ddraigcymraeg.devian...

Radio Saturnus?

Has radio saturnus been on air today? Caught the close down of a dutch station @ 11:30ish, though I could hear 'Radio saturn' mentioned before being blasted with QRM . Recording states 'XXX23kilocycles', Thanks listeners for the SMS messages, and playing music for them and their families. Will post ...

Radio Bluestar 48mb

Has somebody just put down on top of Blue star? Very strong het whines and breakthrough here.

Excellent signals from bluestar, have audio to send.

Cheers, Rob.

WMR 6400!

Currently booming in, FM quality and playing ACDC. Yup! This is what valves were made for. recording the show.

Sinpo 55555, but I'd put it down as 65556 if I could.

I have returned to the shadowy underworld, having got many exams out the way.

Too much QRM here, listening to WMR with Andey walker instead, 76mb.
Orion were doing a great show earlier but nothing heard now.

Listened in last night with the valve set... This is what radio was invented for!!! Very strong signal at 10:24 ish (BST) whilst playing blondie - the valves were singing away quite happily^^ Stayed with spaceman from 10pm till 11:40 ish, enjoyed it very much.

My sympathy as regards the jamming situation. Any chance of changing frequencies now and then and hoping they don't notice?

Unable to hear much of WMR here, Only a warbling het. WMR is one of the best, most respected in the business. I'm afraid I have to agree with Dave, this appears to be deliberate jamming for no other point than for someone to get a kick out of (or bears a grudge against) WMR. Utterly pointless, and a...
