I remember CUPID RADIO and ALFALIMA RADIO from the Netherlands and SPACESHUTTLE RADIO ? which used the range around 15070 kHz. Maybe you try this, because this is a well known pirates frequency.

had nice reception this afternoon of Radio WESTCOAST from the Netherlands. OP Vincent was testing the repaired antenna, after the storm which caused problems by many pirates in this country.
Heard WCR around 15.55 till 16.20 UTC with SINPO 45544 on 6305 kHz.

Over the years we had lot of these legal broadcasters. Most of them are gone or used frequency only for weeks. Also normally thats no problem.Not yet. Band is often free, between the legal programs. Hello Albert and all the others, yes correct station name is DRP Radio. He must be long time off air. Didnt read any log from the station about months. Yesterday could only receive the Scotland-signal, talking about the rapport with DRP. Of course, seems theres a lot of activity from the Netherlands...
